Is a starter website suitable for me?
Whether you're just starting out or you want an upgrade on your existing site that will convert traffic from social media sites and via Google by showing a professional web presence, absolutely!
How does payment work?
We charge 50% after our initial talk and a second payment of 50% is taken once you're happy and before we put the website live to visitors.
Can I cancel the monthly support fee?
You can cancel at any time! Let us know and at the end of that month we'll turn off payments and your website hosting as soon as you no longer need it
Who owns the website?
The website is yours once it goes live. Should you wish to move to another host or company just get in touch and we'll be happy to help you do so.
What does support cover?
Anything from changing your content, logo or colours to help setting up your email accounts. If there's ever a technical issue we'll resolve it asap
Can I upgrade to a business site later?
Yes absolutely! If you think your business needs a larger website we'll be very happy to work with your existing site and upgrade it
